Tadpole

The Tadpole is a modification of the traditional Skinner, This is a small knife 6" over all with a 2 3/4" large sweeping curved blade .133" thick. The hand filling handle sits in the palm of your hand and allows the index finger to rest on the spine of the blade for exceptional tip control in tight places. The Tadpole is the perfect skinner that would have no problem completing any field dressing task it is applied to short of tasks that are better suited for a hatchet.
